You should have an adequate number of apartments for rental, especially during Ramadan, which is the annual rental market for families and the rental market. During this period, buying activity weakens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9- Make sure to meet the client more than just communicating with them. Send them the property\u2019s website and when meeting them, make sure they are comfortable. Give them your card and don\u2019t keep offering suggestions to them, whether they ask for them or not. When you separate, keep in touch with them without disturbing them, such as during times of communication or by being more active in communication. And when you complete the sale with the client, make sure to keep in touch with them and encourage them to bring more clients to you and be a partner with you in the pursuit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">10- Make sure the office is clean and offer good hospitality.
