issuing the Cabinet decision approving the establishment of <a href=\"https:\/\/etmam.housing.gov.sa\/\">Real Estate Developer Services Center<\/a> \u00abTamam, a department of the Ministry, has become an official center within an independent entity, providing services to real estate developers and residential projects. .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;His Excellency explained that this decision comes as a continuation of the continuous and substantial support that the housing sector and all initiatives and activities related to the real estate sector receive from the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and His Advisor and Secretary \u2013 may Allah preserve them both.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00a0His Excellency emphasized that the issuance of the esteemed Cabinet decision to officially establish the \u00abEtam\u00bb center indicates the esteemed leadership's keenness on providing the appropriate investment environment in the real estate sector, enhancing the services provided and facilitating access to the objectives of the housing program, as the center contributes through its various services that integrate with the
