href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/%d8%a7%d9%84%d8%b2%d9%83%d8%a7%d8%a9-%d9%88%d8%a7%d9%84%d8%af%d8%ae%d9%84-%d8%aa%d8%ad%d8%af%d8%af-%d8%a3%d8%af%d9%84%d8%a9-%d8%a7%d8%b3%d8%aa%d8%b1%d8%b4%d8%a7%d8%af%d9%8a%d8%a9-%d8%ac%d8%af%d9%8a\/\" class=\"yoast-seo-link\">Income tax system<\/a> that specialize in one of the categories subject to these <a href=\"https:\/\/gazt.gov.sa\/ar\/pages\/default.aspx\" class=\"yoast-seo-link\">Tax<\/a>Approved the amendment of paragraph (a) of Article (II) of the Income Tax Law issued by Royal Decree No. (M\/1) dated 15\/1\/1425H, as amended by Royal Decree No. (M\/131) dated 29\/12\/1438H, as stated in the resolution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Paragraph (a) of Article 2 of the Income Tax Law relates to taxable persons and includes \u201ca resident company for shares owned directly or indirectly by non-Saudi persons, as well as shares owned directly or indirectly by persons engaged in the production of oil and hydrocarbons.\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br \/>&nbsp;The Council stressed the need for citizens, residents and business owners to adhere to precautionary measures after lifting the curfew, as this comes out of the leadership's keenness to return life to
