The Authority is committed to preserving the nation\u2019s real estate wealth in a sustainable manner that serves the interests of the present and safeguards the rights of future generations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bafqih explained that since the decision to transform it from the State Property Authority into the General Authority for State Real Estate, the Authority has successfully launched a number of initiatives and projects aimed at organizing, protecting, and improving the efficiency of state-owned real estate. This comes after the Board of Directors of the General Authority for State Real Estate issued a resolution approving <a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/%d8%b9%d9%82%d8%a7%d8%b1%d8%a7%d8%aa-%d8%b4%d8%b1%d8%a7%d9%83%d8%a7%d8%aa-%d8%a7%d8%b3%d8%aa%d8%ab%d9%85%d8%a7%d8%b1%d9%8a%d8%a9-%d9%85%d8%aa%d9%86%d9%88%d8%b9%d8%a9\/\" class=\"yoast-seo-link\">Regulations Governing the Disposal of State-Owned Real Estate<\/a>, which applies to all state-owned real estate, except for that which regulations, rules, and orders specify
