real estate<\/a> The circular, of which Amlak Real Estate Newspaper received a copy, indicated that current contracts should not be renewed until after the reduction, based on the recommendation submitted by <a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/%d8%b9%d9%82%d8%a7%d8%b1%d8%a7%d8%aa-%d8%b4%d8%b1%d8%a7%d9%83%d8%a7%d8%aa-%d8%a7%d8%b3%d8%aa%d8%ab%d9%85%d8%a7%d8%b1%d9%8a%d8%a9-%d9%85%d8%aa%d9%86%d9%88%d8%b9%d8%a9\/\">Public Authority for State Properties<\/a> By reducing the value of government real estate leases, the Authority reviewed the current leases of some properties that were leased years ago at high prices that are not commensurate with the decrease in leasing during the previous and current period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the circular, the Ministry of Finance directed all government agencies in the regions and governorates not to renew existing contracts unless the rental value is reduced by at least 20%, in order to preserve public money and raise efficiency, and to be parallel to the
