In a way that preserves the rights of all parties and leads to enabling beneficiaries to obtain suitable housing with ease.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The system enables management of product opportunities<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The introductory workshop comes as an initial phase to launch the project through a technical system that aims to follow up and manage product opportunities with financiers, utilize beneficiary data to prepare studies on the real estate supply, qualify and develop the capabilities of workers in the real estate sector, in addition to using it as an awareness tool about housing programs in the Kingdom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is worth mentioning that the \u201cReal Estate Brokerage\u201d system project goes through four stages. The first stage started with the introductory workshop to attract real estate brokers and introduce them to the project, followed by the registration stage and the completion of the legal and procedural framework, while the third stage is the qualification of brokers and their training on regulations and marketing materials to come the last stage of implementation and the official launch
