The unprecedented conditions we are experiencing today have made investors more cautious in taking on projects, focusing more on achieving goals and implementing long-term strategies in light of the lack of clarity in the near term. Medallion Associates emphasized the need to take a situational approach and diversify real estate investments and not focus on traditional categories. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Al Awar advised investors to seize the opportunities available in light of the competitive prices and offers available in the market, stressing the need to adopt long-term investment strategies because the real estate sector has proven its ability to achieve guaranteed returns that cover investment costs even if it takes a longer period of time. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
