The Makers District masterplan spans 18 hectares and comprises approximately 3,700 residential units.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mudon Real Estate, a subsidiary of Holding, in collaboration with the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority (ADHA), announced the award of infrastructure works for the third and fourth phases of the South of Riyadh project at a cost of AED 1.93 billion, thus completing the award of all infrastructure works in the south of the city at a cost of AED 5.83 billion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the end of February, the company awarded the infrastructure works of the second and fifth phases of the South Riyadh project to three contractors at a cost of AED 2.37 billion, after awarding the infrastructure works of the first phase to three contractors at a cost of AED 1.53 billion in November.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jubail Island Investment Company recently announced the award of an AED 86 million contract to Gulf Contractors for the construction of a new interchange on Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Highway (E-12) to ensure smooth traffic flow to the first phase of the Jubail Island project. In June, the company announced the award of a contract worth more than AED 200 million to complete the infrastructure works in the project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aldar Properties recently announced the award of the contract for the Saadiyat Reserve project and instructed the contracting company to make the necessary preparations on site by the end of June.
