The liquidation option also serves to mitigate the investment risks associated with this type of real estate investment; This, in turn, strengthens support for investments in the sector and increases the number of off-plan projects; recently, real estate investments licensed under the off-plan sales system have seen growth in the number of units they offer, with high completion rates.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u0645\u0631\u0643\u0632 \u0627\u0644\u0625\u0633\u0646\u0627\u062f\u00a0 \u0648\u0627\u0644\u062a\u0635\u0641\u064a\u0629 \u00ab\u0625\u0646\u0641\u0627\u0630\u00bb<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It should be noted that the Support and Liquidation Center \u00abEnfaaz\u00bb is a government center that is administratively and financially independent.
