The Minister of Housing and Acting Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs, Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, revealed during his inauguration of the comprehensive \u201cResidential\u201d center in both Jeddah and Al-Khobar governorate that the total beneficiaries since 2018 until the end of last September are more than 742 thousand families, including about 264 thousand families who lived in their homes, and 85 projects under construction in partnership with real estate developers, providing 134 thousand housing units, and 205 thousand plans providing 175 thousand residential land, through the housing system, which includes (financing and housing support, supply support, regulations and legislation, and service development).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

H.E. Al-Huqail emphasized that Sakany Comprehensive Center<\/a> The center aims to facilitate and accelerate the ownership of Saudi families through easy procedures through a single stop point that provides under one roof various services, solutions and housing options, in addition to the relevant parties such as developers, financiers and others. He pointed out that the center is a new achievement added to the achievements of the housing system under the umbrella of the housing program - one of the programs of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 - and an additional step in serving the families benefiting from the \u201cSakani\u201d program to achieve the objectives of the program in terms of developing services to enable Saudi families to own their first home by benefiting from various solutions that suit their desires and abilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Services offered by the center<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The comprehensive Sakany Center provides all housing-related services in an integrated manner with all relevant authorities, which include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

- (Residential projects in partnership with the private sector, banks and financing institutions, real estate consultant and engineering design services, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

- Ministry of Housing initiatives such as (incentivizing construction technology, unit sorting, sustainable construction, Ijar, Malak).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

- Office of the Ministry of Justice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The center includes:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

- Funding bodies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
