She noted that it provides three main services: career mobility, the development of exit and return mechanisms, and the development of permanent exit mechanisms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The \u201cWadi\u201d Program for Resolving Labor Disputes<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The ministry stated that the initiative covers services for all expatriate workers in private-sector establishments, subject to specific regulations that take into account the rights of both parties to the contractual relationship, The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development explained that this initiative is part of its efforts to improve and enhance the efficiency of the work environment, and builds on its previous efforts in this area through the launch of numerous programs, most notably the Private Sector Workers\u201c Wage Protection Program, the Electronic Contract Documentation Program, the Labor Culture Awareness Program, the \u201dWadi\u201d program for resolving labor disputes, as well as the adoption of the Workers\u2019 Rights Insurance Program, the launch of the system of elected labor committees, and other programs aimed at developing and improving the work environment and protecting the rights of all parties to the contractual relationship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Program for Documenting Contracts Between Employees and Employers<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The ministry stated that the initiative aims to increase the flexibility, effectiveness, and competitiveness of the labor market and enhance its attractiveness in line with global best practices, This initiative aims to enforce the contractual framework governing the employment relationship between employers and employees based on the notarized employment contract between them through the Contract Notarization Program, which helps reduce disparities in contractual procedures between Saudi and expatriate workers, which will in turn lead to increased employment opportunities for citizens in the labor market and help attract top talent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A Major Shift in the Kingdom's Labor Market<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is part of the reform programs launched by the Kingdom under the umbrella of Saudi Vision 2030, noting that it will bring about a qualitative shift in the Kingdom\u2019s labor market by enabling it to adopt international best practices in this field, and it will also work to reduce labor disputes that typically arise due to disagreements between the parties to the contractual relationship, In addition, it will reduce disparities in contractual procedures between Saudi and expatriate workers, which will lead to increased employment opportunities for citizens in the labor market and help attract top talent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Career Mobility<\/strong> Upon termination of the employment contract<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She noted that the job mobility service allows expatriate workers to move to another job upon the expiration of their employment contract without requiring their employer\u2019s consent, and the exit and re-entry service allows them to travel outside the Kingdom by providing electronic notification to their employer.
