The Center seeks to integrate with all stakeholders in the sector by providing these services under the umbrella of its online platform for real estate developers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Real Estate Developers Services Center \u201cEtmam\u201d aims to facilitate the growth of the real estate sector in the Kingdom and provide an attractive environment that increases the volume of investments in this sector from both within and outside the Kingdom, and to accelerate the pace of work on residential projects, thereby increasing the supply of residential units annually and achieving the national goal of facilitating citizens\u2019 access to adequate housing. Through partnership and cooperation agreements, and with its permanent representatives from relevant authorities, the Center acts as a liaison through which real estate developers can track their transactions throughout the various stages of their project development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is worth noting that this step reflects the depth of the partnership and the strategic dimension between the stakeholders in the real estate sector\u2014represented by the \u201cEtam\u201d Center and the private sector.
