The Ministry of Housing has announced its intention to implement its plans to build approximately 26,630 apartments, all in multi-storey buildings in all cities of the Kingdom, With the allocation of 630 apartments in the Riyadh project and the construction of 3101 apartments in the Medina project on an area of more than one million square meters, the Qatif Al-Badrani housing project to build 160 apartments, the North Dammam housing project consisting of 1901 apartments, and the South Dammam housing project consisting of 5564 apartments, bringing the total to 7465 apartments in the city of Dammam, in addition to the Jeddah Airport housing project, which accommodates the construction of 4242 apartments and the Prince Fawaz housing project in the south to build 10663 apartments.<\/p>\n
The ministry has invited real estate development companies to build 630 housing units (apartments) in residential buildings to be granted to beneficiaries who applied for housing support on the ministry's website and met the conditions, in addition to allocating 2242 plots of land through the North Riyadh Residential Project (Land and Loan). These companies will start building the units in the next few days as part of the ministry's plan to partner with the private sector.
\nOver the past two weeks, the Ministry of Housing began receiving eligible citizens in the Riyadh project, through the headquarters of the distribution committee, and the number of those to whom letters were sent informing them of the date of their visit to the project and informing them of the location of the land allocated to them reached more than 100 eligible citizens.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
