This prime location connects residents to major roads and the public transportation network, as well as parks, pedestrian paths, bike lanes, restaurants, cafes, schools, and mosques\u2014all developed to the highest standards to provide a unique lifestyle, while preserving the heritage and urban designs that highlight the capital\u2019s rich history and culture, in a manner that meets the daily needs and future aspirations of various segments of Saudi society. The first neighborhood in Riyadh will contribute to improving the quality of life as part of the Vision 2030 plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In this regard, David Grover, CEO of Roshen Group, said: \u201cThe announcement of the Riyadh First project marks our first significant step toward realizing our vision of becoming the Kingdom\u2019s trusted national real estate developer.
