It includes a set of data that the beneficiary must fill out and verify before requesting the notary to notarize the real estate, in order to facilitate and expedite the notarization process for real estate transactions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The ministry noted that the page enables users to expedite real estate notarization services such as property registration, property mortgaging, the registration of a mortgaged property, and the release of a mortgage, as well as property corrections, emphasizing that this initiative saves time and effort for both beneficiaries and notaries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The ministry stated that <a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/%d9%88%d8%b2%d8%a7%d8%b1%d8%a9-%d8%a7%d9%84%d8%b9%d8%af%d9%84-%d8%a7%d9%84%d8%b3%d8%b9%d9%88%d8%af%d9%8a%d8%a9\/\">Notary Services<\/a> It aims to make it easier for individuals, institutions, and companies to access the same services provided by notaries public, by making them available anytime and anywhere with high quality and in a short time.<br \/>The Ministry of Justice confirmed that the notary service provides a range of notarial services, including the issuance or revocation of powers of attorney and the notarization of corporate contracts, as well as the correction of legal instruments and financial declaration services\u2014which include debt acknowledgment, debt repayment or waiver declarations, and the verification of real estate deeds and powers of attorney\u2014through notaries licensed by the Ministry of Justice located throughout the Kingdom.
