{"id":30622,"date":"2020-12-20T16:23:25","date_gmt":"2020-12-20T13:23:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/?p=30622"},"modified":"2020-12-20T16:23:25","modified_gmt":"2020-12-20T13:23:25","slug":"1-6-%d9%85%d9%84%d9%8a%d8%a7%d8%b1-%d8%b1%d9%8a%d8%a7%d9%84-%d9%84%d8%a3%d8%b9%d9%85%d8%a7%d9%84-%d9%85%d8%b4%d8%b1%d9%88%d8%b9-%d8%b1%d9%88%d8%b4%d9%86","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/30622\/","title":{"rendered":"\u201cRoshan Real Estate allocates SAR 1.6 billion for the construction of the first project"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Project <\/strong>\u2013 Announced <a href=\"https:\/\/www.roshn.sa\/ar\/\">Roshen Company<\/a>, the national real estate developer for residential areas and a subsidiary of the Public Investment Fund, announced the signing of contracts worth 1.6 billion Saudi riyals to begin construction work on the first phase of <a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/%d8%b1%d9%88%d8%b4%d9%86-%d8%a7%d9%84%d8%b9%d9%82%d8%a7%d8%b1%d9%8a%d8%a9-%d8%aa%d8%b6%d9%8a%d9%81-30-%d8%a3%d9%84%d9%81-%d9%88%d8%ad%d8%af%d8%a9-%d8%b3%d9%83%d9%86%d9%8a%d8%a9-%d9%81%d9%8a-%d9%85\/\">Its first project in Riyadh.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a statement, Roshen said, it has appointed Raziq Abdullah Al-Jadrawi &amp; Partners as the general contractor for the development of a portion of the residential units in Phase 1 of the Roshen Riyadh neighborhood, which consists of more than 4,000 units to be developed by Roshen and other developers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She added that the contracts she awarded include important strategic partnerships with Zuhair Ahmed Zahran &amp; Partners, Hanmi Saudi Real Estate Company, Bosco Engineering &amp; Construction, Ouj International, and C1, all of which will contribute to several key aspects of the construction, development, and building work, including earthworks, the sales center, and other enabling works, as well as site supervision and all other necessary preparations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Development of residential neighborhoods in various areas <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The company is working to develop and implement this first neighborhood as part of a ten-year plan to develop residential neighborhoods in various regions of the Kingdom, through which the company aims to create integrated neighborhoods that help fulfill the community\u2019s aspirations and expectations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In this regard, David Grover, CEO of Roshen Group, said: \u201cThese strategic partnerships are a cornerstone for forging further partnerships in the future that will enable us to contribute to supporting the government\u2019s plans to increase homeownership rates to 70% by 2030.\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The neighborhood project covers an area of more than 20 million square meters and is distinguished by its strategic location north of Riyadh. The first residential community will include more than 30,000 residential units developed to the highest international construction specifications and standards, while preserving architectural designs that highlight the heritage and legacy of Riyadh.
