Housing projects<\/strong> \u2013 The total number of households that have benefited from all the housing and financing options and solutions offered by the Housing Program since the beginning of the year has reached 356,808, of which 122,731 have actually moved into their homes, while the other beneficiary families opted for other options Units Under Construction in the Suburbs<\/a> residential land and self-build housing. The report indicated that the total number of certificates issued under the First Home Tax program from its launch through the end of last month reached 382,720 for all beneficiaries of the Ministry of Housing, the Real Estate Development Fund, and other entities, with the aim of increasing homeownership rates among citizens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Residential Land and Master Plan Development<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The monthly report addressed residential land and the development of housing plans, noting that the Ministry of Housing, through the \u201cSakani,\u201d allows users to view and reserve residential lots online, as part of 217 residential development plans offering 178,489 residential lots distributed across various regions and cities of the Kingdom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
