He added \u201cToday, we are witnessing a range of regulatory programs whose impact has been felt by the sector in general and by all its stakeholders in particular. These regulations and laws stem from the policies of the Housing Program\u2014one of the programs under the Kingdom\u2019s Vision 2030\u2014 including the \u201cEjar\u201d program to regulate the residential and commercial rental sector; owners\u201c associations to govern the relationship among owners of jointly owned real estate units; the \u201dWafi\u201c program to regulate off-plan sales and leasing practices; as well as \u201dUnit Classification\u201d and \u201dSustainable Construction,\u201c among other programs that have achieved positive results and tangible accomplishments. We look forward to seeing further achievements in the coming period following the adoption of the comprehensive strategy for the sector.\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4
