The broker must be familiar with the applicable real estate regulations in order for the sale to take place in a proper manner that preserves the rights of the seller and the buyer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The UAE has established <a href=\"https:\/\/srei.sa\/\">Real Estate Institute<\/a> To graduate elite nationals to work in the real estate market, which results in job opportunities because real estate is the largest non-oil economic sector in the Kingdom.
