The broker must be familiar with the applicable real estate regulations in order for the sale to take place in a proper manner that preserves the rights of the seller and the buyer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The UAE has established <a href=\"https:\/\/srei.sa\/\">Real Estate Institute<\/a> To graduate elite nationals to work in the real estate market, which results in job opportunities because real estate is the largest non-oil economic sector in the Kingdom. These graduates work in real estate offices under the umbrella of the Real Estate Commission, which results in the regulation of the real estate market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is worth mentioning the great role played by the Ministry of Housing through its programs, and its coordination with the Real Estate Authority.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I attended a meeting at the Chamber of Commerce in Al-Ahsa several years ago, in which His Excellency the Governor of the Real Estate Authority spoke about real estate indicators and the classification of real estate offices, and through my practice it became clear to us through the (Ejar) system, which did not exist before that, its impact in preserving the rights of the lessor and the lessee through the executive deed...<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By owning these real estate courses, the real estate broker will be highly trusted under the umbrella of an official organization and under the control of the Real Estate Commission, which leads to greater productivity
