Over the past week, the state issued a strong and courageous decision to impose Foreign companies<\/a> Contractors with government entities that have their headquarters in the Kingdom will certainly strengthen what the future policies of the national economy aim to achieve, which has set an ambitious vision in attracting foreign capital and global companies to come to the Kingdom. This has clearly been manifested in making Riyadh one of the top 10 global economic cities, alongside being the largest industrial city in the world. These broad aspirations make investors view the Kingdom as the country of the future where the economies of the five continents come together; this is in addition to the creation of free and closed economic and commercial zones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This planning should be studied by real estate professionals and those interested in the real estate market; so that real estate suitable for these plans can be provided, namely at the level of equipping company headquarters and developing the office industry, as well as improving infrastructure; in addition to the necessity of creating new specialized markets according to the studies submitted by the experts; this, in addition to the importance of having additional hospitality and hotels equipped with all modern technological means; these challenges must be studied and analyzed by the real estate market; and as usual, the leadership announced these ambitions early so that relevant authorities can prepare to keep up with the ideas presented.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
