compensation<\/a> The internal real estate marketing license for off-plan sales projects within the Kingdom resonated widely in the real estate community to become 5,000 riyals for a month, 8,000 riyals for two months, 14,000 riyals for 4 months, and 26,000 riyals for 6 months.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Council of Chambers, in a statement through its official account on \u00abTwitter\u00bb, called on all real estate establishments in the Kingdom to review the details of the amendment of the financial compensation for the internal real estate marketing license for off-plan sales projects within the Kingdom and adhere to the relevant directives, and the Council stressed the prohibition of selling, offering or marketing real estate units developed on the map for sale or advertising them by any means whatsoever, or offering them through real estate offices or collecting any financial amounts before the completion of development except after obtaining regular licenses from the Wafi Committee for Sale and Leasing on Map \u00abWafi\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the Ministry of Rural, Municipal and Housing Affairs website, access to the <a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/%d8%aa%d8%b9%d8%af%d9%8a%d9%84-%d9%81%d9%8a-%d9%85%d9%88%d8%a7%d8%af-%d9%88%d8%a7%d9%81%d9%8a-%d9%8a%d8%aa%d9%8a%d8%ad-%d8%ae%d9%8a%d8%a7%d8%b1%d8%a7%d8%aa-%d9%85%d8%b1%d9%86\/\">Real estate marketing<\/a> It requires several conditions, including attaching copies of the commercial register, membership in the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and a copy of the marketing contract between the real estate marketer and the developer<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A copy of the land title deed, a copy of the development contract between the real estate developer and the landowner if the developer
