She proposed providing guarantees and contracts that protect female marketers\u2019 right to a commission, She also expressed her dissatisfaction with the narrow-minded view of some clients who refuse to deal with female agents on the grounds that the field is exclusively for men.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Speaking about her personal experience in establishing her own office, she said that women\u2019s empowerment and streamlined procedures helped her open a women-owned real estate office in less than two days, which in turn contributed to her success and was her greatest source of support.
