The State Real Estate Authority revealed that the Unified Communication Center for Review Committees received 70,000 calls from beneficiaries, with a 99 percent service level in responding to and processing these calls, while the beneficiary satisfaction index, based on call evaluations, stood at 98.7 percent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The email inbox of the Beneficiary Services Center at \u00abIhkam\u00bb received 13,957 messages, and all beneficiary inquiries submitted electronically were answered. The General Secretariat of the Committees for Reviewing Real Estate Ownership Applications launched the \u00abIhkam\u00bb digital platform with the aim of automating the work of the committees and the General Secretariat, serving beneficiaries, and facilitating the process for them\u2014from submitting applications and tracking them until they are referred to court or submitted to the highest authority.
