This decision followed the completion of a study and urban assessment of the area aimed at improving the level of services and facilities in these plans, as part of ongoing efforts to support development projects in the city of Riyadh in line with its strategic objectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She added, \u201cThe Authority is pleased to receive inquiries from beneficiaries and landowners regarding these plans through the Unified Call Center.\u201d She noted that the Royal Commission for Riyadh City announced a decision to lift the suspension on large parts of <a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/%d8%a3%d8%b1%d8%a7%d8%b6%d9%8a-%d8%b4%d9%85%d8%a7%d9%84-%d8%a7%d9%84%d8%b1%d9%8a%d8%a7%d8%b6\/\">Land Set Aside North of King Salman Road<\/a>, and allowing for the use of large areas of it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a recent statement, the Authority clarified that the project encompasses all planning, development, sales, and purchase activities, as well as the provision of all related services, provided that they comply with the Riyadh Urban Code once it is implemented.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Authority added that this decision regarding land in the city is part of a series of measures and studies being conducted in various areas of the city in preparation for the implementation of the Riyadh City Strategy, which aims to develop the capital\u2019s economy and prepare it to accommodate double its current population by 2030, The strategy is expected to contribute to the city\u2019s measured growth so that Riyadh will rank among the top ten cities in the world in terms of economy, competitiveness, and quality of life by 2030.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.aleqt.com\/2021\/05\/18\/article_2095001.html\"><br \/><\/a><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p><span class=\"span-reading-time rt-reading-time\" style=\"display: block;\"><span class=\"rt-label rt-prefix\">Reading time: <\/span> <span class=\"rt-time\"> &lt; 1<\/span> <span class=\"rt-label rt-postfix\">Minute<\/span><\/span>The Royal Commission for Riyadh City announced via its Twitter account that it has lifted the temporary suspension of parts of the (2351\/6 and 2351\/7) plans in the Laban neighborhood in western Riyadh and allowed their disposal, after completing the study of the area and its urban assessment with the aim of raising the level of services and facilities in these plans, in continuation of supporting the development work in Riyadh in line with its strategic objectives.
