Emphasizing the continuity of depositing <a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/%d8%aa%d9%85%d9%88%d9%8a%d9%84-%d8%b9%d9%82%d8%a7%d8%b1%d9%8a-%d8%a5%d9%8a%d8%af%d8%a7%d8%b9-670-%d9%85%d9%84%d9%8a%d9%88%d9%86-%d8%b1%d9%8a%d8%a7%d9%84\/\">Monthly support for beneficiaries<\/a> on time every month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mansour bin Madi, CEO of the Fund, confirmed that the total support for May amounted to 713 million riyals and was fully allocated to support the profits of mortgage loans for beneficiaries of housing support from Saudi families to buy housing units under construction or ready and families benefiting from the option of self-construction for those who own their land. He pointed out that the total amounts deposited in the accounts of Sakani beneficiaries since the announcement of the transformation program in June 2017 until the end of May 2021 amounted to 28.2 billion riyals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He added that setting the 24th of each Gregorian month as the date for depositing the monthly support for the beneficiaries of the \u201cResidential\u201d program from the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs, Housing and Real Estate Development Fund comes in order to enable beneficiaries to benefit from the monthly support before depositing the monthly salary. He explained that the decision to adopt the unification of the support date aims to simplify, facilitate and enable Saudi families to own the appropriate housing in line with the objectives of the housing program, one of the programs of Vision 2030.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is noteworthy that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.housing.gov.sa\/ar\/related-links\/140\">Real Estate Development Fund<\/a> It provides \u201csubsidized mortgage loan\u201d services through 43 e-services through its electronic portal, the \u201cReal Estate Advisor\u201d application and self-service devices in the Fund's branches 24 hours a day to allow beneficiaries of \u201cSakani\u201d and the Real Estate Fund to inquire about the \u201csubsidized loan\u201d and finish the procedures for obtaining it self and electronically.
