This is the cost of prevention\u2014which cannot be compared to temporary fixes, stopgap measures, and reliance on \u201cpainkillers\u201d for the chronic \u201cmaintenance disease\u201d!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Enablers mean code continuity<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A great addition to the building code is the compilation of a number of tools that assist in implementing the code, such as the \u201cMy Portal\u201d portal, the \u201cWa\u2019ad\u201d initiative, the launch of the Certified Contractor Program, and training for engineering firms, <a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/%d8%b1%d8%a8%d8%b7-%d8%b1%d8%ae%d8%b5-%d8%a7%d9%84%d8%a8%d9%86%d8%a7%d8%a1-%d9%85%d8%b9-%d8%a7%d9%84%d9%85%d9%82%d8%a7%d9%88%d9%84-%d9%85%d8%b9%d8%aa%d9%85%d8%af\/\">And obtaining building permits<\/a> With its record-breaking speed, contractor ratings, and other intangible benefits, this new system has put the real estate market to a tough test; success in this test means continuing the Kingdom\u2019s excellence through Vision 2030.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;In conclusion, we must express our gratitude to our leadership for giving specialized committees ample room to establish standards and mechanisms that safeguard the security and safety of the real estate sector.
