Dr. Abdulaziz Al-Zoum explained that the Mergers and Acquisitions Examination Guide aims to raise the level of transparency and provide guidance to contribute to providing a competitive business environment that attracts investments, enhancing the availability of goods with high quality and diverse prices, and stimulating innovation and development to support economic growth, indicating that the guide contributes to helping stakeholders, including companies, government agencies, legal professionals, legal advisors and the general public, to understand competition rules in examining and
