The Governor of the General Real Estate Authority held a meeting with the Director of the General Directorate of Financial Investigations at the Presidency of State Security, during which they discussed areas of cooperation between the Authority and the Presidency (Financial Investigations) to achieve the comprehensive strategic objectives of the real estate sector approved by the Cabinet, as well as the plan to implement the regulations, controls and standards issued by the Authority to govern the sector to ensure the integrity and fairness of real estate transactions, brokerage and real estate contributions, speedy liquidation and restoration of rights to their owners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Presidency officials were briefed on the comprehensive strategy for the real estate sector and its pillars and the initiatives, priorities and controls that contribute to the governance of the real estate sector, raise the efficiency of its performance, maintain its sustainability, and achieve the goal of increasing the effectiveness of the real estate market in the Kingdom and improve the quality of service for all partners and dealers in their common areas of competence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
