The National Housing Company (NHC) launched today the \u201cAsala Al-Jawan\u201d project in the Al-Jawan suburb of Riyadh - one of the major residential suburbs of the Residential Program - within the second phase of the Morsiya project located in the suburb north of the city of Riyadh, and National Housing is implementing the project as a master developer in cooperation with private sector sub-developers.

The CEO of the National Housing Company, Eng. Mohammed Saleh Al-Batti, explained that the company is committed to its pioneering role as an investment arm of the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing in real estate development and the housing sector, and the implementation and launch of many projects across the Kingdom to provide future projects and housing units to help families own and benefit from the \u201cResidential\u201d program by developing model residential neighborhoods that provide quality of life, within qualitative partnerships with qualified real estate developers with experience and efficiency in infrastructure development, construction and construction.
Al-Batti pointed out that the project is located on an area of more than 183 thousand square meters, and comes within the second phase of the Mercia project implemented by the National Housing Company in cooperation with a number of qualified real estate developers within the major suburb of Al-Jawan, which is strategically located west of King Khalid International Airport at the intersections of pivotal and main roads that are easy to move to and from, and the project is characterized by its distinctive designs within a modern environment that provides luxury, at reasonable prices and easy monthly installments.
The Riyadh region is witnessing the implementation of 25 residential projects that provide more than 31,000 housing units in a variety of modern models and designs, including villas, apartments and townhouses, including 13 projects under implementation in Al-Jawan, the largest residential suburb located in the north of Riyadh on a total area of about 30 million square meters, near King Khalid International Airport.
