The real estate market is waiting for the next few days to start applying the \u201creal estate advertising controls\u201d issued by the Board of Directors of the General Real Estate Authority (GRA) and published in the Official Gazette, marking the adoption of its application on September 1. According to the authority, these controls aim to limit fictitious advertisements related to the real estate sector, enhancing its reliability and raising the level of credibility of the platforms concerned with the advertisements.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The end of the era of real estate speculation<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

\u201cAmlak Real Estate Newspaper\u201d conducted a survey of the opinion of experts, specialists and real estate workers about the impact of applying the controls on the real estate market in the Kingdom, where Abdullah bin Nasser Al-Otaik, Director of Al-Otaik Real Estate Office in Al-Ahsa, said that the controls will undoubtedly affect real estate sales, referring to the impact on the quality of advertising, whether selling or buying inside and outside the urban area, with the exit of properties that are speculated and do not have any credibility and negatively affect the market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Board of Directors of the General Real Estate Authority launched the project through the Saudi Survey platform in the first quarter of this year with the aim of protecting and preserving the rights of the public and limiting randomness in real estate advertisements, in addition to setting the necessary controls to regulate what is published in all regulatory means and the project regulates the duties and prohibitions of real estate and electronic advertising.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
