It also included that it is prohibited to produce anything that may prejudice the stability of the real estate market or harm it, and to create an effect that may cause confusion to the public or achieve an interest for him or a third party, and it is prohibited to violate intellectual property rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Safeguarding customer rights<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>H.E. Mr. Essam bin Hamad Al Mubarak, Governor of the General Real Estate Authority, explained that the issuance of these regulations by the Authority's Board of Directors comes as part of its role in regulating the real estate sector. <a>Preserving customer rights <\/a>In addition to strengthening the sector's governance, enhancing its efficiency, maintaining its sustainability, serving its partners, and increasing the sector's transparency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4 Pillars<\/strong><strong> Basic<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>His Excellency pointed out that these efforts come in implementation of the comprehensive strategic plan for the real estate sector, and in fulfillment of the Authority's vision to make the real estate sector attractive, vibrant, and characterized by confidence and innovation, pointing out that the strategy will bring about a qualitative leap in modernizing regulations and issuing legislation. <a>It was built on 4 main pillars that included: <\/a>(real estate sector governance, sector empowerment and sustainability, market efficiency, and stakeholder service).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Authority confirmed that it receives reports on violations, and the Authority receives complaints received through its official platforms, and you can view the regulations and submit reports through the Authority's website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>It is prohibited to produce anything that could harm the market<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The rules for analyzing the real estate market called for objectivity, neutrality, non-misleading, avoiding exaggeration, and ensuring the accuracy and validity of information before publishing it, indicating that <a>It is prohibited to produce anything that may compromise the stability of the real estate market or harm it<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Board of Directors of the General Real Estate Authority has approved the regulations for analyzing real estate markets through various media outlets and social media.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to Article 3 of the Authority's organization, it is to \u201corganize, supervise and develop non-governmental real estate activity, to increase its efficiency, and to encourage investment in it in line with the objectives of economic and social development, and the Authority has all the necessary powers to do so.\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>In detail, the regulations for analyzing real estate markets, which were published in the Umm Al-Qura newspaper, include 6 articles as follows<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Article I<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The following words and phrases, wherever they appear in these regulations, shall have the meanings indicated in front of each of them, unless the context requires otherwise:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Controls<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A set of rules and guidelines to regulate the analysis of real estate markets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Media<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Audio-visual media, such as newspapers, magazines, radio, TV channels, websites, and social media: Newspapers, magazines, radio, TV channels, websites, and social media.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Real estate market analysis<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Opinion related to the real estate sector, presented to the public through any media outlet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Second article<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In analyzing the real estate market, the following must be adhered to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1- Objectivity, impartiality, non-misleading, deceptive and exaggerated presentation, ensuring the accuracy and correctness of the information provided, and not including any misleading information or data, or inconsistent with the real estate data and justifications that are taken into account when analyzing the real estate market. Exercise the necessary due diligence, knowledge, honesty, diligence, and independence required of him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2- Correcting the error in analyzing the real estate market in the same media he used, either on his own initiative, or at the request of the Authority, or any other competent authority, without releasing the presenter from any responsibility resulting from it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3- Disclose any actual or potential conflicts of interest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4- Practicing real estate market analysis in accordance with the relevant laws, regulations, and standards, and complying with their provisions in everything he issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Article III<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>In analyzing the real estate market, it is prohibited to do the following<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1<a>- <\/a>Produce anything that may compromise the stability of the real estate market, or harm it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2- Disclosing any information of a confidential nature without the express consent of the person concerned with the analysis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Creating an effect that is likely to cause confusion to the public or to benefit himself or a third party in a manner that involves fraud, deception, or misleading the public.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4- Giving any comparisons or references that may harm the work of others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5- Violation of intellectual property rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Article IV<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Authority receives complaints that come to it; monitors what is circulated and broadcast in the media and electronic media and investigates any violation in this regard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Article V<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Authority is responsible for supervising, monitoring and enforcing the provisions of these regulations, ensuring compliance with them, and taking the necessary statutory measures for violations thereof.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Article VI<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These regulations shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall be enforced from the date of
