The Human Resources Development Fund (Hadaf) held a virtual workshop attended by supervisors from the graduate employment offices at Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University, Al-Jouf University, Majmaah University, Prince Muhammad bin Fahd University, and Fahd bin Sultan University, with the aim of informing them about the Fund\u2019s programs and initiatives to support employment, and to enable male and female university graduates to benefit from these programs and increase their competitiveness in the job market.
The workshop reviewed the incentives and resources provided by the Fund to university career services offices and their staff through the Career Education and Guidance Portal (Sabil), the e-training platform (Duroob), the on-the-job training program (Tamheer), the National Employment Portal (Taqat), and the Professional Certification Support Program.
The workshop focused on introducing the Fund\u2019s programs and initiatives, as well as the guidelines and procedures for male and female university graduates to benefit from these programs and initiatives, which will help them play an active role in implementing the agreement. It also highlighted the employment support, training, and empowerment programs offered by the Fund to promote the participation of Saudi men and women in the labor market, enhance their competitiveness, and increase employment rates, as part of the \u201cHadaf\u201d initiative under the program to support graduate employment offices at universities.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
