These measures aim to curb fraudulent advertisements in the real estate sector, thereby enhancing its reliability and raising the credibility of licensed online real estate platforms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br \/>The licensing and classification standards for online real estate platforms, along with regulations governing real estate advertising, will contribute to the governance of real estate firms\u2019 activities, enhance the reliability of transactions with them, protect the rights of clients, and improve the quality of services provided in the real estate sector, in accordance with a system governing online real estate marketing.<br \/>The Authority emphasized the importance of complying with real estate advertising regulations, which stipulate that the advertiser must be a Saudi national or a legal entity licensed to conduct business in the Kingdom, and that the advertiser must be the owner of the property or an authorized representative, and that the advertiser\u2019s ID number and the authorization issued by the Authority must be included in real estate advertisements.<br \/>It is worth noting that the Authority launched the \u201cAqari\u201d e-services to provide services for the registration of real estate establishments, the licensing of real estate platforms, services for real estate advertisers, the licensing of individuals, and other services such as: inquiries about classified real estate establishments or real estate advertisers, or filing objections to non-compliant advertisements through the Authority\u2019s website, Real estate platforms and individuals wishing to engage in real estate advertising can apply for a license through the online platform https:\/\/eservices.rega.gov.sa\/, and they can also obtain the license electronically through the platform.<br \/>The General Real Estate Authority had held 35 workshops with online real estate platforms, during which it detailed the procedures for obtaining the Authority\u2019s license for online real estate platforms.<br \/>It should be noted that these regulations are part of the General Real Estate Authority\u2019s role in regulating real estate activity, protecting the rights of those involved in the sector, strengthening the sector\u2019s governance and operational efficiency, sustainability, and increasing its transparency and service to its partners, in accordance with the comprehensive strategic plan for the real estate sector; so that the real estate sector in the Kingdom is vibrant and attractive, and characterized by trust and innovation.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p><span class=\"span-reading-time rt-reading-time\" style=\"display: block;\"><span class=\"rt-label rt-prefix\">Reading time: <\/span> <span class=\"rt-time\"> &lt; 1<\/span> <span class=\"rt-label rt-postfix\">Minute<\/span><\/span>The General Real Estate Authority (GRA) has announced the entry into force of the \u201cStandards for Licensing and Classification of Electronic Real Estate Platforms\u201d and \u201cReal Estate Advertising Controls\u201d, which aim to reduce fake advertisements related to the real estate sector in order to enhance its reliability and raise the level of credibility of licensed electronic real estate platforms.
