The \u201cSakani\u201d application provides a number of integrated electronic services, starting from knowing the status of immediate entitlement, booking and inspecting residential units and lands after knowing their locations and features, obtaining quotes from financing agencies, real estate consultant service, engineering designs and issuing building permits for beneficiaries of self-building and other services.<br \/><br \/>The app can be downloaded by visiting the link <a href=\"http:\/\/onelink.to\/sakani3\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">http:\/\/onelink.to\/sakani3<\/a> .<br \/><br \/>During the past month, the beneficiary care account on Twitter (@SaudiHousingCC) interacted with 23,712 questions by answering all citizens\u201c inquiries and questions about the housing options and solutions provided by \u201dSakani\" from subsidized loans to buy ready-made housing units, under construction, self-building and residential lands.<br \/>This came as part of the program's efforts to provide services and solutions that facilitate the ownership of the first home for Saudi families.<br \/><br \/>The unified call center for beneficiary care 199090 carried out more than 101,000 responses to calls from Saudi families during last August, with a daily average of 3,500 calls, and the \u201cSakani\u201d website responded to 6,226 requests and inquiries through the \u201cEmail Us\u201d service, and about 7,000 objections were processed through the \u201cTalk to me\u201d icon on the \u201cSakani\u201d platform (sakani.housing.sa) through the direct conversation service with the beneficiary service staff.<br \/><br \/>The \u201cSakani\u201d application and website showcases 106 residential projects that provide more than 146,000 housing units of various designs and spaces between apartments, villas and townhouses within an integrated residential environment at an average price of 700,000 riyals per unit, and about 223 residential plans that provide more than 180,000 land in most cities and governorates of the Kingdom, with the aim of increasing the ownership rate to 70% by 2030 in line with the
