market before and during the implementation of these controls, as many communication groups and unofficial electronic markets began to disappear and exit for fear of legal accountability, especially others tried to take the official route and educate their visitors about the real estate advertising controls.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color his part, real estate marketer Mojab bin Saif (Basma SAS Company) in Riyadh pointed out to Amlak that the real estate brokerage commission made many enter the real estate sector without knowing what rose to stop this randomness and put an end to it, and the day came when we hear the good news that limits this phenomenon, corrects mistakes and organizes it properly, which is what we have been waiting for a long time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to Amlak's monitoring, a number of warning messages have recently spread in electronic groups on social media sites not to advertise a property except Abdullah Al-Maghlouth, an economist and member of the Saudi Economics Society, pointed out that the launch of the General Authority for Real Estate, advertising controls and licensing standards for electronic real estate platforms leads to the regulation of the market, in order to achieve the principle of transparency and raise the level of credibility, and obtaining an official license for electronic real estate platforms comes within the framework of unifying real estate efforts and adjusting their compass, which increases the stability, growth and prosperity of the market, which is a good indicator of the development of the real estate market in the Kingdom to achieve Vision 2030 aimed at governing the real estate sector to keep pace with the evolving global trends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote has-text-align-left is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><strong><u><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">\u201cThe new regulations are a good indicator of the development of the real estate market in the Kingdom in line with Vision 2030\u201d<\/span><\/u><\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>The issuance of these regulations comes as part of the Authority's role in regulating the real estate sector, preserving the rights of real estate dealers, enhancing the governance of the sector, raising the efficiency of its performance, maintaining its sustainability and serving its partners, and raising the level of transparency of the sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">4 pillars that increase the efficiency of the real estate sector<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>These efforts come in implementation of the comprehensive strategic plan for the real estate sector, and in fulfillment of KDIPA's vision to make the real estate sector attractive, vibrant, and characterized by confidence and innovation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is expected that this strategy will raise the efficiency of the real estate sector in the Kingdom, encourage investment in it, achieve the strategic vision of the real estate sector in the Kingdom, and make a qualitative leap in updating regulations and issuing legislation, as it was built on 4 pillars: real estate sector governance, sector empowerment and sustainability, market effectiveness, and partner service. .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">7 taboos you need to make sure you
