The number of real estate properties classified by the General Real Estate Authority has reached 119 since the launch of the real estate advertising regulations and licensing standards for online real estate platforms on September 2, 2021, while the Partner Service Center has received 245 real estate reports. .

An advertisement survey revealed 1,673 non-compliant advertisements, of which 473 were addressed, and regulatory measures were applied to the remaining violations, Meanwhile, the Saudi Real Estate Arbitration Center heard 47 real estate disputes. This is part of the Authority\u2019s efforts to monitor the implementation of the \u201cReal Estate Advertising Regulations\u201d and the \u201cStandards for the Licensing and Classification of Online Real Estate Platforms.\u201d The Authority has previously held workshops with online real estate platforms and licensed two real estate platforms, with an additional 69 online real estate platforms currently in the licensing process.

The Authority received 4,130 requests for the Real Estate Advertiser service, including 717 requests from businesses, while individuals accounted for the largest share with 3,413 requests for the service, The number of registered users of the \u201cAqari\u201d service reached 7,267, with 890 registered real estate entities, and the service recorded 505 authorizations. This is part of the \u201cAqari\u201d services, which provide registration and licensing, and authorizations for businesses, real estate platforms, and individuals wishing to engage in real estate activities, as well as the registration of real estate advertisers and the submission and electronic tracking of complaints.
