Abdullah Moghram, spokesperson for ROSHN, the national real estate developer for residential areas and one of the companies wholly owned by the Public Investment Fund, confirmed that the launch date of the off-plan sales phase of the first phase of the new Sidra neighborhood in Riyadh will be next Thursday, October 7.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Moghram said the off-plan sales process will take place by booking an appointment to visit the sales center, in compliance with government regulations and precautionary measures<\/a>He explained that the Sidra neighborhood project is divided into 8 phases, and this is the first phase, and the sale prices will be commensurate with the different segments of those interested, who can benefit from the models of Roshan's projects that rely on integrated residential communities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n He pointed out that the Sidra project targets more than 30,000 housing units, the first phase of which will be 4,500 housing units.
