The Skanee program issued 558,367 certificates for the real estate transaction tax on the first home since the program\u2019s inception until September 2021, according to the monthly report of the Skanee program, which reviews the developments in the housing sector in terms of the number of Saudi families benefiting from the program, updates on projects being implemented in partnership with the private sector, and the electronic services provided by the Skanee website and application.
The report showed an increase in the number of Saudi families benefiting from the housing options and financing solutions offered by \u201cSkni\u201d during the current year 2021, bringing the number of families benefiting from the program to 160,304 families by the end of September, between benefiting from the subsidized mortgage loan to purchase ready-built and under-construction housing units for those who own land and benefiting from the \u201cSkni\u201d plot lands, including 132,285 families who have already moved into their homes, and the full report can be viewed at the link https:\/\/sakani.housing.sa\/sakani-reports.
The Skeni report includes details of the construction updates for projects under construction that began being implemented in partnership with private real estate developers in all regions and cities of the Kingdom. There are 82 projects among 106 projects that provide more than 146,000 diverse housing units, including apartments, villas, and townhouses, with an average price of 700,000 riyals within an integrated residential environment and high-quality construction, with the aim of enhancing the quality of life for Saudi families and increasing the percentage of residential ownership to 70% by 2030, in accordance with the objectives of the Housing Program \u2013 one of the programs of the Vision 2030 program.
The report also reviewed the updates to the residential schemes hosted by the cities and governorates of the Kingdom, which now number 223 residential schemes providing 180,000 housing plots, while the report showed the total number of certificates for the first real estate transactions tax since the beginning of the program until the end of September last year amounted to 558,367 certificates.
The report highlights the electronic \u201cSkeni\u201d services provided by the \u201cSkeni\u201d app and website, which are offered quickly and easily around the clock and start with registration and immediate eligibility, a review of the various housing and financing options in partnership with 18 financing entities, immediate reservation of units and land, the issuance of price offers, the issuance of land contracts electronically, the use of the real estate consultant service, learning about the \u201cReal Estate Market\u201d service options, choosing the typical designs for self-construction beneficiaries, and the issuance of electronic building permits, and the electronic waiver of housing support between spouses, among other services.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
