The Residential Program announced that the Makkah region is witnessing the implementation of 25 housing projects that provide more than 68,000 units under construction within the Residential Program in partnership with a number of real estate developers from the private sector, as an extension of the program's efforts to provide housing options and various financing solutions that meet the desires and needs of Saudi families to achieve the objectives of the housing program - one of the programs of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 - to raise the percentage of residential ownership and reach 70% by 2030.

Distribution of housing program projects<\/strong><\/span>

The program explained that these projects are distributed in Makkah, Jeddah, Taif and Rabigh to enhance the residential real estate supply and provide high-quality housing units and various options between apartments, villas and townhouses, at affordable prices, and can be booked and inspected through the website and application of \u201cSakani\u201d online and by visiting the link.


17 projects in Jeddah<\/strong><\/span>

Jeddah governorate has the largest number of projects with 17 projects with more than 56,000 housing units, the majority of which are located in the residential suburb of Al Mayar, where completion rates exceeded 75% and provide about 20,000 housing units on an area of 3.9 million m2, and Al Jawhara residential suburb, where completion rates reached 85% and provide 6980 housing units on an area of two million m2, in addition to the suburb of \u201cKhayala\u201d, which includes a number of distinctive quality projects, and the rest of the projects are distributed in strategic locations in the center and north of Jeddah governorate.
The city of Makkah is home to three under-construction projects that provide 5607 residential units in strategic locations on main and pivotal roads within the boundaries of the Makkah Haram, namely: \u201cRetaj Makkah\u201d, \u201dAl-Mu'ayasim\u201d and \u201dJewel of Rusaifa\u201d, within a variety of modern options and designs with high quality and suitable prices that meet the needs of Saudi families.

Taif projects<\/span><\/strong>

Taif governorate is witnessing the implementation of three housing projects under construction in partnership with the private sector, including 5,819 housing units in strategic locations within Taif governorate, namely: \u201cTaj Al Masyaf\u201d, \u201dAl Fath\u201d and \u201dAl Ward City\u201d, while Rabigh governorate has two residential projects: \u201cDiyar Rabigh\u201d and \u201dAl Shorouk\u201d providing 629 housing units.

Through its website and application, the program provides a range of housing options and services within easy electronic procedures with immediate entitlement, with the possibility of reviewing the various housing options in 106 projects that provide more than 146,000 housing units, in addition to 223 residential plans that provide more than 180,000 residential land, issuing quotes, benefiting from the real estate consultant service, choosing typical designs for self-builders, issuing building permits electronically, e-finance and other services.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
