The General Secretariat of the Real Estate Ownership Review Committees (Ihkam) of the Public Authority for State Properties reviewed the process of real estate ownership applications and formal amendments to sukuk. In a visual presentation broadcast by the Secretariat's Digital Communication Department, the Secretariat explained that applications submitted through the Ihkam digital platform go through four stages, where the first stage begins in the Inspection and Audit Department, which undertakes the initial screening of incoming applications in terms of the completeness of the documents and documents submitted, such as the cadastral lift and national identity, and if there is a note, the applicant is contacted. The second stage is in the Sharia Studies Department, which begins by studying the documents, ownership documents and title deeds to be formally amended and supplemented, and expressing the legal and statutory opinion on them. The third stage is the Technical Studies Department, which analyzes aerial visualizations, verifies cadastral elevations, determines the extent to which the site overlaps with sites that cannot be acquired, studies and identifies sites that conflict with organizational plans and prepares the necessary technical reports, where the department communicates with 13 government agencies to complete data and reduce the burden on citizens to review these agencies. The fourth stage is the management of the committees, which is responsible for scheduling and sorting applications and referring them to the 17 competent committees in the Kingdom's regions and reviewing the appropriate recommendations regarding the submitted applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
