This is done in a way that the properties are described and identified specifically, not as the owner’s property as in the case of personal registration, which limits disputes related to real estate units and ensures the proof of ownership rights in a significant way. Moreover, the project has a positive impact on trust in the Saudi real estate market, encouraging investment and supporting the objectives of developing the real estate sector.
The Council also approved a number of amendments to the draft Evidence System, following its discussion of the report of the Committee on Islamic Affairs and Jurisprudence regarding the revised Evidence System, which was submitted to the Council for study in accordance with Article (17) of its rules, which was followed by the presence of His Excellency the Minister of State for Shura Council Affairs, Mr. Mohammed bin Faisal Abu Shaqq.
Following this, the Council discussed during the meeting a report submitted by the Committee on Trade and Investment regarding the system for submitting economic, financial, and administrative consultations to the Council for review in accordance with Article (17) of its regulations, submitted by the Chairman of the Committee His Excellency Dr. Fahd Al-Thayyemi, where the Council upheld its decision regarding the system in the presence of His Excellency the Minister of State for Shura Council Affairs, Mr. Mohammed bin Faisal Abu Sagg.
During its meeting, the Council called on the General Authority for Civil Aviation to find the necessary solutions to address the long distances that passengers experience between entering and exiting King Abdulaziz Airport.
With earnestness and some other airports, working to complete the stalled airport projects, taking into account the requirements of the Kingdom Vision 2030 and the national aviation strategy.
The Council took its decision after hearing the point of view of the Committee on Transport, Communications and Information Technology regarding the members' comments and opinions regarding the annual report of the General Authority for Civil Aviation for the fiscal year 1441/1442 H, which was submitted by the Chairman of the Committee, Hazza Al-Qahtani.
In the same resolution, the Council called on the General Authority for Civil Aviation to support technological innovation to improve the passenger experience in coordination with the relevant authorities, reiterating the previous Council’s decision calling on the Authority to address the high prices of domestic tickets, urging the Authority to continue expanding the employment of female talent in appropriate positions, providing a competitive operating environment for investment that is attractive to investors, and establishing privatization processes.
During the meeting, the Council proceeded to review the viewpoint of the Committee on Islamic Affairs and Judicial Affairs regarding the members’ comments and opinions regarding the annual report of the General Authority for the Supervision of the Funds of Minors and Those under Their Custody for the financial year 1441/1442 H, which was followed by the Chairman of the Committee, Dr. Sulaiman Al-Fifi, who voted on his decision regarding the report.
In its decision, the Council called on the General Authority to coordinate with the Ministry of Justice to expedite the completion of the comprehensive automated linkage between the minors and those in their guardianship;
