Abdullah Al-Kharmani: The Role of Engineers in Real Estate Development in the Kingdom (1)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/DrAlkharmany\"><\/a><\/strong>The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is a leader in various fields and strives to achieve the highest levels of development and progress in all areas, using all available methods and modern approaches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Perhaps the most important sectors in which Saudi Arabia has excelled are <span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/33748\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"33748\">Real estate sector<\/a><\/span>...that distinguished sector, which has seen numerous developments and promising steps that make it easier for citizens to obtain quality housing at prices affordable to all segments of society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">How important is the real estate sector to the country's economy?<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The real estate sector is the primary driver of many other sectors and the fuel that energizes them, whether they are directly or indirectly linked to it; consequently, it is the cornerstone of the Kingdom\u2019s economy in particular, as well as the economies of other Arab and foreign countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Certainly, every success has its pillars, and every outstanding endeavor is built on key elements; perhaps the most important pillars in the development of the real estate sector are engineers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">First of all... What do we mean by real estate development?<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Real estate development is different from real estate investment. Real estate development is a more comprehensive and significant activity than real estate investment.
