The most recent of these was a partnership with the National Water Company to enable the transfer of a user\u2019s water meter account to the name of the actual beneficiary of the real estate unit whose contracts are registered in the Ijar network.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Rental Program aims to meet the expectations of all parties involved in the rental market, elevate the real estate rental sector, and contribute to creating a secure rental environment by increasing trust in financial and contractual transactions, streamlining procedures, and offering a variety of advanced electronic services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The online rental services platform allows users to schedule rent payments (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, and annually), They can also be set in ascending or descending order, or through fixed or flexible payments, with a variety of payment channels, in addition to accommodating new types of properties and units (land, currency exchange, power stations, telecommunications towers, driver\u2019s quarters, and parking spaces), among others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Ejar Network offers numerous electronic benefits, most notably streamlining the process of registering new contracts through simple and flexible steps, electronically notarizing contracts directly through the Ejar Network, and adding an automatic renewal feature for commercial contracts, and topping up balances via the \u201cMada\u201d service.
