announced today the approval of <a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/33404\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"33404\">Smart Cities Strategy<\/a> The strategy includes the launch of more than 50 initiatives in 9 areas by 2030.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Utilizing Artificial Intelligence<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Al-Hogail emphasized that the ministry aims to transform municipal and residential sector services into smart services using AI and IoT technologies to provide services that promote economic prosperity, environmental sustainability, and effective government oversight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">6 goals that take into account the regions' priorities<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The strategy was built with the participation of all municipalities in the municipal sector, as it was developed for each municipality, including a roadmap that extends to 2030, and 6 goals that take into account the priorities and challenges of each region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">9 targeted sectors<\/span><\/strong><br \/>The sectors are: Smart parking and waste disposal systems, housing and smart community management, land and asset management, urban landscape improvement, and urban planning.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">3 key objectives of the initiatives<\/span><\/strong><br \/>The ministry emphasized that through the strategy, it seeks to achieve three main goals: improving the quality of life of citizens, achieving financial sustainability, and improving the quality of services provided.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Solutions to development challenges<\/span><\/strong><br \/>Smart cities will contribute to creating solutions to the difficult challenges associated with development, such as sustainability, congestion, transportation and
