During his participation in the Future of Real Estate Forum<\/a>The Deputy Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources, Osama Al-Zamil, revealed that the vision of the Building Development Initiative targets 40% of new buildings and housing units to be built with modern construction technology until 2025, an average of 193,000 housing units.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zamil emphasized the role that Vision 2030 plays in the development of the real estate sector through the trend of involving private sector enterprises in the real estate development process and the applications of quality of life and humanization of cities in housing projects, in order to achieve the targets of the housing program to reach 70% homeownership rate by 2030.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For his part, the Secretary of the Medina Region and CEO of the Medina Development Authority, Engineer Fahd Al-Balishi, pointed out in his speech during the forum sessions that real estate development is one of the most important possibilities for quality of life, indicating the urgent need for residential neighborhoods that contain all services and quality of life elements, including transportation, afforestation, infrastructure and superstructure, stressing that the public and private sectors must continue the approach of providing housing units that meet all the needs for those looking for housing, noting that the citizen was looking for a shelter in the past, and now he is looking for an integrated experience for housing that provides all possibilities and services.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
