With the extensive participation of officials, investors, and real estate enthusiasts in the Kingdom, the Mecca Chamber of Commerce is organizing the third edition of the Real Estate Makers Forum today, Saturday, February 26, 2022, at the Mecca Chamber of Commerce Center for Exhibitions and Events as part of the Chamber\u2019s celebrations marking its 75th anniversary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The meeting\u2019s first session will discuss \u201cthe role of government agencies in achieving real estate development in Mecca, the future real estate vision for Mecca, and investment opportunities.\u201d It will be attended by the governor of the General Authority for State Real Estate, the CEO of the Capital Market Authority, the CEO of the Madinah Region Development Authority, the governor of the General Authority for Real Estate in charge, the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Rural Affairs represented by the Undersecretary for Investment and Revenue Development, the Undersecretary for Land, Area, and the Supervisor of the White Land Fee Program, among other topics \u201cthe role of government agencies in achieving real estate development in Mecca, the future real estate vision for Mecca, and investment opportunities.\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The second session is for the private sector, and it will be delivered by the CEO of Kanana Development and Development Company, the CEO of the National Housing Company, the CEO of Am Qaraa Development and Construction Company, the CEO of Waqaf Investment Company, the CEO of Somaia Investment Company, and the CEO of Development and Projects at Mazini Real Estate Company, within the topics \u201cThe role of the private sector in achieving real estate development in Mecca, enhancing partnership of empowerment and stimulation, improving real estate services, and humanizing the Makkah city in urban planning, and the challenges of real estate development and solutions.\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The meeting represents one of the initiatives of the National Real Estate Committee, as part of the real estate committees of the chambers of commerce\u2019s efforts to communicate and integrate, in order to provide an opportunity for the parties concerned with the sector to work together more closely to develop visions that help achieve the objectives they seek to achieve to serve the sector and support the process of developing the economies of the cities in the Kingdom.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
