The Assistant Undersecretary for Housing Support at the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, Ayman Mohammed Saleh, explained that the Sakani program provided services to more than 225,000 families during the past year 2021, of which more than 186,000 families have settled in their homes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Targeting 180,000 households<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Participants in the workshop stressed that the number of beneficiary families since the start of the program in 2017 has so far reached one million and 200 thousand Saudi families, of which more than 500 thousand have lived in their homes, and the participants indicated that the \u201cResidential\u201d program in 2022 aims to serve 180 thousand new families, including 130 thousand families who live in their homes, as well as providing more than 100 thousand subsidized mortgage loans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">In-kind support log<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>They said that the subsidized financing products have diversified to 4 products that meet the desires of citizens after it was only one product, and new financing solutions and options will be provided \u201dadvance support and in-kind support\u201d, indicating that the in-kind support record has achieved tangible success through the demand recorded by the Residential program to develop its products, as the in-kind support provides reduced prices for beneficiaries, which makes it easier for citizens to own the appropriate housing by reducing the price of the housing unit in the ministry's land projects and reducing the price of the financing installment for the citizen and the value of the down payment to be linked to the reduction of the purchase price of the purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Residential Solutions from Sakany App<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The workshop reviewed what the \u201cSakani\u201d website and application provided, including 112 residential projects under construction that provide more than 147 thousand units of various \u201dvillas, apartments and townhouses\u201d at an average price of 700 thousand riyals in all cities and regions of the Kingdom, in addition to 223 residential plans that provide more than 180 thousand residential land in most cities and governorates of the Kingdom, and can be inspected and issued contracts electronically, and \u201cSakani\u201d provides a number of housing services, including issuing quotes to financing agencies, real estate advisor service, \u201dreal estate market\u201d, e-finance and other services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Various services for the residential program<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>They stressed that the residential program provides various services for the beneficiaries of the \u201cself-construction\u201d option that allows them to choose executive \u201cengineering designs\u201d that are characterized by their affordable prices and high quality, in partnership with a number of national engineering offices to provide a number of modern engineering designs that comply with the Saudi Building Code, in addition to the \u201capproved contractor\u201d service to facilitate the implementation of engineering designs for
