With the participation of more than 2,000 investors and citizens, the alliance of the real estate companies Etqan Real Estate and Dalal Real Estate successfully sold half of the Jomahra Abhar project located in the northern city of Jeddah in an open auction as the first phase, achieving sales of nearly 860 million riyals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To ensure the success of the auction, technologies were employed through remote bidding using Zoom and direct connection to the company\u2019s headquarters in Riyadh, as well as the social media channels of Etqan Real Estate and with a large attendance at the Jeddah Forum and Events Center. 215 residential units and 52 commercial units were sold from the plan with a total area of one million square meters, which is considered a model and distinctive plan in Jeddah, the Pearl of the Red Sea and the gateway to the two Holy Mosques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In this context, Abdulaziz bin Fahd Al-Rashid, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Al-Takhan and Dalal Real Estate Alliance, explained that the prices were exceptional and ranged from 4,600 riyals per square meter for commercial units and 2,200 riyals per square meter for residential units for plots in the plan, which is one of the most important neighborhoods in the Northern Bahar area, abundant in services and an attractive area for residents known for its high organization in infrastructure and the completion of services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Chairman of the Alliance Board of Etqan and Dal Al-Aqaria presented their congratulations to those who were fortunate enough to purchase real estate products for the Jomahra Abhar project, which is one of the distinguished investment and residential opportunities due to its strategic location.
