The National Competitiveness Center's \u201cExplore\u201d platform has received 9 regulatory and procedural projects related to economic and developmental affairs proposed by several government agencies to enable the public, government agencies and the private sector to express their views and observations on them before they are approved, the most important of which are \u201cEndowment System Project\u201d<\/strong> <\/mark>\u0648Building Compliance License Procedures<\/strong><\/mark><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cEndowment System Project\u201d<\/mark><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

One of the most important new projects is the \u201cEndowments System Project\u201d put forward by the General Authority for Endowments with the aim of establishing a regulatory framework for endowments in the Kingdom in all their forms, which contributes to their development, fulfills the conditions of their endowments, and enhances their role in economic and social development and social solidarity, in accordance with the objectives of Islamic Sharia and the applicable regulations, and the survey ends on July 1, 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Building Compliance License Procedures<\/mark><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing launched the \u201cDraft Procedures Guide for Building Compliance License\u201d, which aims to improve the urban landscape and provide a healthy and sustainable urban environment in addition to contributing to achieving the Kingdom's Vision 2030, and the survey ends on June 19, 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For its part, the Ministry of Energy is soliciting opinions on the \u201cDraft Qualification Criteria for Establishment to Manage, Operate and Maintain Fuel Stations and Service Centers\u201d, through which it aims to establish the bases and criteria for obtaining the qualification certificate for the applicant establishment to practice the activity of service centers and fuel stations, and the survey ends on June 13, 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Food Product Registration Guide<\/mark><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

In turn, SFDA seeks through its project \u201cFood Products Registration Guide\u201d to include the procedures and requirements for the registration of food products, in addition to taking into account the opinions and suggestions of customers, and the survey ends on July 14, 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
