The program anticipates that approximately 60,000 plots of land will be made available, with an average area of 350 m\u00b2, with each plot potentially containing more than one residential unit, or larger plots comprising clusters of multiple residential units in high-rise buildings, which could add hundreds of thousands of residential units to the real estate supply in Riyadh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The program showed that Riyadh accounted for the largest share of the total undeveloped land registered in the program among other cities, with the program recording approximately 100 million m\u00b2 of land that is currently being developed or subject to fees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Phase 1 in Al-Qassim and Ha'il<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The White Land Program announced that it is nearing completion of the regulatory and necessary procedures to begin implementing the first phase in the cities of Al-Qassim and Hail, in accordance with the results of demographic and economic studies conducted by the program in collaboration with relevant authorities. This is part of the program\u2019s efforts and objectives to increase the supply of developed land in cities with the highest demand, thereby achieving a balance between supply and demand, providing residential land at affordable prices, and combating monopolies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
